Our organization worked with Cobblestone to develop extensive training manuals for each functional role to include Intake Specialist, Case Manager, Settlement Clerk, and Paralegal. As part of the discovery plan portion of the project, Cobblestone facilitated process improvement meetings to assist our organization in defining more efficient workflows where needed and documented those critical processes in thorough detail for inclusion in the appropriate manuals.
Cobblestone was highly organized from kick-off to the project until the very last day. We were consistently provided with detailed project status updates both at the high level and on a more granular deliverables level. In addition to keeping the project orderly, whenever an additional resource was needed (i.e. if a particular skill set was needed on a piece of the project), Cobblestone was well resourced and networked to provide same.
Our project did not finish on time, however, none of that was a result of Cobblestone’s doing. While working through this project, our organization went through a rollout of an entirely new technology stack. Anyone who has ever been through such an undertaking can attest that it is disruptive at best. The flexibility that Cobblestone was able to provide our organization during this process was paramount. The professionalism in graciously allowing a temporary pause to the project and the ease with which the project was re-engaged speaks to Cobblestone’s expertise.
